DELIVERY
We courier directly to your door, anywhere in South Africa. Delivery details are provided at checkout.
Delivery times may vary from 3 – 7 days depending on destination.
Once funds have been cleared, order will be dispatched.
Delivery charges will depend on destination and weight of purchase
.
Please make sure that someone is available to receive your parcel at the assigned delivery address between working hours.
We make use of Internet Express Courier. For international and bulk orders please request quote via sales@yislike.co.za.
REFUNDS OF PRODUCTS
For your own security we make use of PayFast for direct EFT and card payments.
Card payments are subject to PayFast’s 3.5% transaction fee plus R2.00 per transaction and their direct EFT is charged at 2% of transaction value.
Manual EFT will be accepted with proof of payment e-mailed to admin@yislike.co.za
Once funds have cleared into our bank, we will proceed with printing.
No order cancellations will be considered once printing process has commenced.
Cancellations prior to funds clearing will be subjected to a 35% cancellation fee.
INSPECTION OF PRODUCT
Please inspect your product before excepting delivery, this is needed to ensure that the quality of our product arrive as packed by us.
