DELIVERY INFORMATION
DELIVERY
We make use of Internet Express Courier. For international and bulk orders please request quote via sales@yislike.co.za.
PAYMENT
For your own security we make use of PayFast for direct EFT and card payments.
Card payments are subject to PayFast’s 3.5% transaction fee plus R2.00 per transaction and their direct EFT is charged at 2% of transaction value.
Manual EFT will be accepted with proof of payment e-mailed to admin@yislike.co.za
Once funds have cleared into our bank, we will proceed with printing.
No order cancellations will be considered once printing process has commenced.
Cancellations prior to funds clearing will be subjected to a 35% cancellation fee.
TIME FRAME
Once payment has been received, the design approved or received, printing takes between 3 – 7 working days, depending on the time of year.
Delivery within South Africa is between 2-5 days depending on the area. International courier is dependent on country.
PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
We value your privacy, therefore none of your information will be shared with any 3rd party groups.
INSURANCE
Insurance is optional and charged additional to the delivery fee. Please request via sales@yislike.co.za
CONTENT
We do not print any content that is considered explicit or violates any laws.
CUSTOM APPAREL
We make use of direct to garment print, silkscreen print for volume, vinyl print and sublimation print.
Our online prices are based on direct to garment print, for any print queries please use sales@yislike.co.za for a direct quote.
GIFTS
All gifts are sublimation print for awesome colours and detail. All items can be branded or personalized to your requirements.
DESIGNS
Any design request must be accompanied by a high resolution image, we will not take responsibility of print quality for low resolution images received, must be 300dpi or higher. Let us create a design for you for a minimal fee of R150 or select one from our gallery. All our own designs remain the property of Yislike T’s & Things and is protected by copyright law.
All designs printed are shown in our gallery but your designs remain your property and will not be used by any other party without your consent. Any design queries can be e-mailed to designs@yislike.co.za
